Chelsea House, NP-C
Nurse Practitioner/Co-Owner
Chelsea House is a certified Nurse Practitioner and Co-Owner/Founder of Premier Central MI MedSpa. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner in 2014 from Saginaw Valley State University. Chelsea began her career in the Emergency Department before transitioning into aesthetics, becoming a certified Nurse Injector in 2020.
Driven by a passion for crafting personalized treatment plans, Chelsea is dedicated to guiding her clients throughout their aesthetic journeys. Alongside co-founder Dani Leonard, she established Premier Central MI MedSpa to provide a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for clients to discuss their skin health goals. Chelsea believes in a holistic approach that incorporates multiple modalities, including medical-grade skincare, injectables, laser and light treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling, to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Dani Leonard, PA-C
Physician Associate/Co-Owner
Dani Leonard is a certified Physician Associate and co-owner/founder of Premier Central MI MedSpa. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Childhood Development with a minor in Communication Disorders from Central Michigan University (CMU) in 2014, followed by a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from CMU in 2017. Dani began her career in the Emergency Department before pursuing her passion for aesthetics, earning her certification as an injector in 2020.
She is dedicated to crafting personalized treatment plans for her clients, with a strong focus on facial balancing. Additionally, Dani is committed to enhancing overall health and wellness through intravenous and intramuscular vitamin therapies. Alongside Chelsea House, she co-founded Premier Central MI MedSpa to create a welcoming and safe space where clients can comfortably discuss their health, skin care, and aesthetic goals. Dani is always eager to learn and grow, ensuring that her clients benefit from the most up-to-date and exceptional care.
Lexus Weldon
Medical Esthetician
Lexus Weldon is a licensed aesthetician who completed her training at the Douglas J Aveda Institute in Lansing, Michigan. With a passion for helping clients achieve their best skin, Lexus provides expert skincare consultations and personalized facials tailored to optimize your unique skin health goals. She carefully listens to each client’s concerns, offering customized skincare regimens and tips to help transform their skin both inside and outside the spa. Lexus is a SkinPen microneedling expert, certified in dermaplaning, and is highly skilled in performing HydraFacial treatments that leave the skin deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing. Sara Mohowitsch
Medical Esthetician
Sara is a licensed aesthetician with extensive experience in the industry. She began her training at The Douglas J Aveda Institute in East Lansing, Michigan, as well as the International Dermal Institute and the Midwest Laser Institute, before transitioning into the world of medical aesthetics. Sara’s background includes three years of working alongside a double board-certified plastic surgeon, gaining valuable expertise in the field.
She is a certified Sciton laser specialist and holds expert-level certifications with ZO Skin Health and SkinBetter Science. Sara’s passion for results-driven, science-based treatments led her to the medical aesthetics field, where she continuously expands her knowledge to stay at the forefront of the latest technologies and advanced skincare ingredients. She is particularly skilled in treating damaged skin, with BBL/Moxi being her favorite treatment. Sara combines the latest technological advancements with a calming and soothing touch, ensuring her clients receive the best care possible.
