As the founders of Premier Central MI MedSpa, we, Dani Leonard, PA-C, and Chelsea House, NP-C, are committed to optimizing the health and well-being of our guests. Being lifelong residents of the Mt. With over a decade of combined experience in the emergency room, we bring a strong medical background to our practice.

Medical Esthetician
Lexus Weldon is a licensed aesthetician who completed her training at the Douglas J Aveda Institute in Lansing, Michigan. With a passion for helping clients achieve their best skin, Lexus provides expert skincare consultations and personalized facials tailored to optimize your unique skin health goals. She carefully listens to each client’s concerns, offering customized medical grade skincare regimens and tips to help transform their skin both inside and outside the spa. Lexus is a SkinPen microneedling expert, certified in dermaplaning, and is highly skilled in performing HydraFacial treatments that leave the skin deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing.
