Our Why
As founders of Premier Central MI MedSpa, we, Dani Leonard, PA-C and Chelsea House, NP-C, are dedicated to optimizing the health and wellness of our guests. We are both native to the Mt. Pleasant area and have a strong passion for promoting wellness and offering aesthetic services to our community that we have called home all of our lives. We have a vast background in medicine, sharing over 10 years of experience in the emergency room setting.
There are many factors that affect our overall wellbeing. For instance, stress affecting our hormonal balance and gut health, diets weakened by food processing and agricultural processes limiting nutritional value, and medications that affect our bodies ability to absorb key nutrients.
We have found through IV vitamin therapy we are able to promote higher cellular absorption of key nutrients quickly and effectively that cannot be corrected readily through our diet and oral supplementation.
We strive to enhance the well-being of our guests by providing intravenous and intramuscular nutrient therapies that hydrate and restore depleted vitamins, improves energy, and promotes improved performance and faster recovery.

Premier Central MI MedSpa’s Aesthetician
Lexus Weldon is a licensed aesthetician and completed her education at the Douglas J Aveda Institute in Lansing, Michigan. Lexus has a passion to help her clients through providing expert skin care consults along with skin specific facials to optimize your skin health goals. She listens to the skin concerns of her clients and provides skin care regimens and tips so that they can successfully transform the health of their skin inside and outside of their spa experience. Lexus is also certified at dermaplaning which gentle exfoliates skin, removes dead skin cells and leaves your skin soft and supple. Lexus can’t wait to meet you!
